Following Kampuchea's abrupt closing in August, owner Ratha Chaupoly has reopened the space as a fusion sandwich shop. The eclectic menu features Parisi Bakery hot-dog buns stuffed with fillings like gingery pulled pork, veal meatballs, or liver and tongue.
