This iconic eatery started on a rooftop in London back in 2011 when four schoolmates came up with the idea to start a restaurant that focused on two delicious ingredients, burgers and lobster. You could say the rest is history and the concept has since grown from a small Irish pub to a global restaurant empire with locations across London, Qatar, Bangkok, Malaysia, Kuwait, Singapore and of course New York.
