Bushniwa

One of Brooklyn's popular Japanese spots, the trendy Bushniwa serves up authentic Asian dishes in a bright, chilled space. Incorperating a lot of wood into the dining room, as well as plants, the interior is both contemporary and understated. As for the food, that's a little more vibrant looking. You can expect dishes from short rib negimaki and miso glazed black cod to mochi and green tea tiramisu. There's also a wide array of beers available or if you're looking for something a little stronger, there's a whole host of cocktails on the menu, too.
