Time Out says

The sustainable-butcher-shop trend arrives in Astoria with this carvery. Locals can pick up pasture-raised chicken and pork and grass-fed beef from purveyors like Slope Farms, Flying Pig Farm and Heritage Foods. The shop doubles as a 20-seat barbecue joint, serving smoked brisket, ribs and pulled pork, alongside organic sauces and sides (mac and cheese, sweet-potato wedges). Come summer, the spot will hold lamb roasts in the 50-seat backyard.
