Rafaella is working a shabby-chic, old-Vienna look (chandeliers, brocade, velvet), along with plenty of rainbow flags. Although there are serviceable pastas, panini and salads on the menu, most of the sofa-snuggling pairs go straight for the sweets: massive slices of cheesecake, glistening slabs of strawberry tart and parfait glasses piled high with fancy spiked-coffee drinks. Come summertime, they sit outside for fabulous people-watching; the café stays open till 2am.
