Two former Blue Bottle Coffee employees have swapped coasts to open this café, using beans from that company's Brooklyn roastery. Iced coffees will be served New Orleans– (cold-brewed with chicory) and Kyoto–style, the latter dispensed from two three-foot-tall slow-drip units.
