One of my favorite vegan spots in the city. We waited about 30 minutes for a seat, and it is cash only, but SO WORTH IT. We ordered seitan "carne asada" fries and split a philly cheesesteak and buffalo chick'n sandwich and also took an everything biscuit to go. It was seriously the best vegan food that tasted so authentic. I ended up taking most of it home, but event he leftovers were amazing. I can't wait to come back again and keep trying everything on their list!

Also, bonus points because they had transgender inclusive restrooms!

Champs is a weekend brunch staple. Yes, it's vegan, but don't let that deter you (even if you're a carnivore) - the BLAT and Biscuits & Gravy rival the city's best.  I've been here with both small and large groups, and Champs is always great at accommodating both - the staff is super friendly and service is always really fast. The menu is incredibly varied, and it provides tons of options that many vegans wouldn't have otherwise. I guarantee you won't miss meat after eating a meal here!
