The name, which translates to “sky above,” means the sky will be the limit here—eventually. For now, chef Grace Lourenco has put off her plans to serve breakfast, lunch and brunch and is sticking to tapas. But don’t call her lazy: She’s running the whole show on her own—prepping, cooking, serving and bartending, all while managing to make interesting dishes like patatas bravas and frog legs, too. So far, the food has been bringing back locals two and three times in one week. And the complimentary key lime pie handed out at meal’s end makes sure they go away happy.
