Time Out says

This fast-casual restaurant in the West Village keeps it simple by focusing on one specialty: rotisserie chicken. The all-natural birds are marinated for 24 hours in a French-style brine of thyme, rosemary, lavender and salt and sold in quarters ($7.75 for dark meat, $8.75 for white meat), halves ($14.99) or whole ($21.99). Make it a meal by adding on sides like mac and cheese, baked cumin-cilantro carrots, mashed potatoes and ratatouille and sauces like au jus, beurre blanc and mustard sauce ($11.99–$36.99, depending on the portions). Cocu also offers chicken wings (three for $6, six for $11, twelve for $21), a croque madame sandwich ($9.95) and a baguette sandwich with chicken salad ($8.95). Don’t sleep on the homemade chocolate mousse ($4.95) or chocolate chip cookies ($1.95) either.
