Cowboy Pizza (CLOSED)

This slice shop turns out creatively topped pies, like the Tumble Weed (a deconstructed pesto pizza with spinach, ricotta, fresh basil and pine nuts), as well as standard 'za, market salads and s'mores baked in the pizza oven. To drink, find P&H and GuS sodas. The 20-seat space, framed by a tin ceiling and white-and-navy walls, also features a rotating selection of works by local artists.
