Todd English opens yet another restaurant, this time a "head-to-tail" pig eatery in the Limelight Marketplace. Find dishes like pork belly and octopus with a squid-ink vinaigrette, crispy tongue with watercress and breakfast-radish kimchi, and Mangalitsa lardo on toast with wild mushrooms. The gothic-inspired space features wood church-pew seating, an onyx and cast-iron communal table, and a fireplace rotisserie.
