The owners of Buster’s Garage in Tribeca have built another open-air sports bar—right next door. Diablo’s Cantina has two giant TV screens, five flavored margaritas and an outdoor deck lined with faux-palm-tree lights. Cheering fans can order tacos, burritos or chiles rellenos, or screw the ethnic cuisine and chow down on fries, potato skins and wings. On big nights, the staff creates extra standing room for crowds—and a clear path to the bar.
