West Village seafood shack Ditch Plains debuts this pop-up stand in Brooklyn Bridge Park. For now, a limited menu including lobster rolls and hot dogs is available on Thursday nights in conjunction with the park’s Movies with a View film series. A permanent concession stand is in the works for late summer.
