The clubby atmosphere and creative menu (tandoori venison chops; Chilean sea bass in a luxurious yogurt marinade flecked with fenugreek) lead you to expect something special. But considering the prices, the food was frustratingly uneven: An appetizer of seek kebabs, cylinders of gingery lamb, was rubbery; chicken in a mild butter sauce was remarkably tender but dull. You won’t go terribly wrong here, but you’ll find more exciting cuisine elsewhere.
