Doughnut auteur Mark Israel expands his cultish Lower East Side bakery to the Chelsea Hotel. The 35-seat space is decked out in doughnut-themed decor, including handmade pillows and tiles depicting the round fritters, plus an intricate ironwork counter molded from the hotel's original balcony railings. Choose from a rotating selection of yeast, jam and cake varieties, including three cookie-inspired versions: chocolate chip, chocolate peanut and oatmeal. To drink, the café has a full cappuccino bar serving Intelligentsia coffee and fresh-pressed juices.

The donut here are freaking amazing. I tried the peanut butter and french vanilla filling it is was very delightful. The donut was moist and not overly dry. And the decor was amazing and stunning.The place is very clean. As for price it could be a little expensive but it's worth every dollar and cent you will spend.
