Chef Meny Vaknin (Boulud Sud) fuses American comfort food with Mediterranean flavors at this corner nook. Snag a seat at the communal picnic table for dishes like steamed mussels, grilled Atlantic salmon and braised short ribs. If I'm not in my apartment watching Netflix, I'm at Eastwick getting the Veggie Burger (again).  This is one of the restaurants I frequent the most and I have a great experience every time - whether I'm on a date, with my family, or with a group of friends.  The menu's pricing is perfect for what it offers, and the prix fixe brunch menu (coffee, mimosa, and an entree) is both filling and a huge money-saver. My recommendation is to go here for dinner first, and order the shishito peppers along with any of their burgers.  Don't skip the fries, as they're served as a giant pile and are some of the best in the city.
