It’s 3am—do you know where your middle-of-the-night grub is? This Fodero-style diner is a longtime Chelsea fave. It looks like a classic—gleaming stainless-steel walls and rotating stools—but few other hash houses have candlelight, sidewalk café tables and a pianist playing dinner music. Fewer still attempt dishes such as sesame noodles with chicken, and linguine with smoked salmon, watercress and garlic. The more standard platters are terrific—like a juicy blue-cheese steak burger—and desserts live up to diner standards, especially a thick, chocolate pudding.
