Start with the signature raw antipasti, called crudo, then move on to excellent, shareable pastas such as superfresh grilled fish, lavish Amalfi-style seafood stew, Sicilian-style striped bass, or succulent square-cut maccheroni alla chitarra from Abruzzo with sea urchin and crab.
