Though the name might conjure a frat-slob movie, the offerings at this South Slope sleeper are classic—not theme-park—Mitteleuropean. The wunderwurst platter (a steal at $10) features hunks of sausage, piled over spicy mustard. Lángos—Hungarian fried bread that resembles a savory zeppole—can be topped simply with brown butter paste or with a salty fusion of ground beef, paprika and mild Bryndza sheep’s-milk cheese. Like most of the menu, that snack is best paired with a beer—a $4 pint of mild and fizzy Czech house lager does the trick.
