Italian owner (and ex-rapper) Alberto Cretara will focus on a limited menu and high-quality ingredients at this small Roman-style pizzeria. The four-foot–long rectangular pies range from a salt-and-olive-oil focaccia (which can be stuffed with fillings like broccoli rabe and smoked mozzarella) to pizza with traditional toppings (tomato sauce, mozzarella, basil). Specials (like pasta al forno) and breakfast items like focaccia with Nutella will also be available.
