Zak Pelaccio opens the first outpost of his Food & Drink Award–winning Williamsburg joint in Battery Park. The abbreviated Southeast Asian–inflected barbecue menu includes a house-made pork Fatty Dog with pickled slaw, a grass-fed-beef Johnson Burger slathered with chili mayo, and a beef brisket sandwich served with chili jam, mayo, red onion and cheddar in a baguette.
