Southeast Asian booster chef Zak Pelaccio (Fatty Crab, Fatty 'Cue) turns his attentions to sweets with this stand—his second in Battery Park. Grab a shaved ice, soft-serve ice cream (available in rotating flavors like vanilla–bay leaf, cardamom and ginger) or cookie, such as the Fatty Turtle, which is studded with toffee, almonds, pecans and chocolate. The stall also serves smoked-chicken salad and tuna sandwiches, but if you're hankering for more savory options, visit Pelaccio's Fatty 'Cue Kiosk, on the other side of the Battery Park Bosque.
