It really would help if Time Out didn't encourage visitors to go to a bar with an illegal outdoor space which the city refuses to close and it completely disruptive to our neighborhood with the noise. After fighting them for 2 years and getting nowhere with the NYC Dept. of Buildings, they are finally closing due probably to health code violations and lack of business. Time Out--before encouraging visitors to go to a rat-infested, low quality place, do a little research!
