Gabriela’s is known for having some of the best Mexican food in New York City. They also have the largest tequila bar on the Upper West Side with over 175 different varieties of 100% agave tequila. This large and brightly decorated festive restaurant is a great spot for groups as well. The menu uses locally grown and organic products when they are available. Try the guacamole and chips or queso fundido to share for the table as appetizers. The enchiladas de verduras are a delicious and healthy vegetarian entrée and come with your choice of two sides.Don’t forget a delicious margarita or tropical mojito to go with your meal.

I love how fun the ambiance is at Gabriela's.  The food is also delicious and the fact that the tequila bar is massive makes everything all the more fun.  The food is fresh and locally sourced which is a plus.  I always get the queso, and the shrimp tacos, but everything else is legit. Solid spot on the UWS for a fun night.
