Tenzing Tsering—who has Tibetan heritage, but was born in India—earned his fine-dining chops at Tulsi before opening his own fusion joint in Jackson Heights. He pays homage to his roots in Tibetan (beef momo) and Indian (chicken biryani) dishes, plus a few Chinese plates.
