This East Williamsburg restaurant fuses Korean flavors with classic Southern BBQ vibes. And yes, that’s as good a combo as it sounds. It means dishes like kimchi baked beans, Korean fried chicken poppers, fish poppers with wasabi mayo, and bulgogi BBQ brisket served with bao buns.
But if you ask us? We’re most excited by the sandwiches. We’re talking glorious-looking Korean fried chicken burgers, Korean-influenced BBQ pulled-pork burgers with cucumber kimchi slaw, and more of that bulgogi brisket served in a bun with fig jam, coleslaw and bulgogi BBQ sauce.
There’s one dessert but it looks a banger: toasted rice ice cream from Noona’s, here served with mochi, rice crackers, and toasted rice.
