Gentleman Farmer has been serving seasonal, market driven fare in an intimate setting on Manhattan’s Lower East Side since 2010.  Executive Chef and owner Karim Nounouh brings his French culinary training to a menu that marries traditional French cuisine with fresh and local New World ingredients. Nounouh’s menu changes seasonally and features the best of the greenmarket with a special focus on game. American craft beers and a wine list focused on natural wines complement the fare.
