The appetizer bar sags under tropical soups, a colorful display of exotic salads and brasileiro specialties like garlic-speckled chicken and farofa, fried yuca flour. The main event is a parade of skewered proteins: sirloin, rib eye, roast beef, pork, duck, rabbit, fennel-seeded sausage and chicken.
