The familiar menu has a home-cooking quality, so you’ll definitely exit feeling full. But full and satisfied aren’t necessarily the same thing: Pulled-pork quesadillas lacked zing, chicken pasta was all but drowned in pesto sauce, and a dessert brownie was brittle, even though it was à la mode. The candlelit ambience was pleasant, though, as was the elderly, hippie-esque gentleman who strummed a guitar and sang standards through a hushed PA.
