This midtown German gem boasts one of the best Manhattan beer gardens you’ve never heard of. Grab a table, indoors or out, and wash down heaping platters of schnitzel and sausage with your choice of exotic beers, like the smoky Köstritzer Black. The service at this casual Teutonic eatery isn’t exactly a model of precision, but then again, this isn’t exactly haute cuisine. As a place to fill up on rare brews and appetizing, thirst-inducing meats, you could do a lot worse.
