At the midtown location of a Benihana-owned chain, lunching execs are a buttoned-up contrast to the toy jellyfish robots tootling in tanks near the sushi bar; and air-filled banquettes recall inflatable children’s furniture. Respectable sushi is on the menu, with the requisite crowd-pleasing list of rolls and Western-leaning entrées like grilled filet mignon with teriyaki sauce. Although it’s bustling at lunchtime during the week, the place clears out on weekends.
