The owners of Harlem Tavern expand their uptown holdings with this 285-seat gastropub in Washington Heights. Ireland native Darren Pettigrew (Ulysses) doles out rib-sticking plates, including gumbo, buttermilk fried chicken and shepherd's pie. Beers and cocktails like the French Paloma (tequila, Pavan liqueur, grapefruit juice) are also on offer.
