Jason Denton ('ino, Betto) partnered with Thistle Hill Tavern's chef Rebecca Weitzman for this film-theater cafe, designed by David Rockewell, inside the Film Society of Lincoln Center. The all-day menu offers pastries, sandwiches and mains like smoked trout or pork belly plated with a side and salad. Look out for movie-friendly munchies, such as the house-made pretzel with whole-grain beer mustard or an organic beef hot dog with pickled green-tomato relish.
