an ice cream sandwich from insomnia cookies will always be a classic. it's the perfect comfort dessert when you don't want to break the bank but still want something that satisfies your sweet tooth. they warm up the cookies, so it perfectly softens the ice cream a little.
Insomnia is my go to place for when I want some yum yum. Soft, gooey, sweet cookies always hit the spot. My favorite one is the snickerdoodle cookie, although the chocolate chip is a close second. Cookies always come out fresh and warm. I'll usually get a box of 6 because I'll probably eat it all by the end of the night. It's that good. I can see why it's called insomnia because when I want them, I won't sleep til I get 'em!
