This spot seems to have an identity crisis. It thinks it’s a pizzeria, but it actually serves great, greasy Chilean cuisine. In the fluorescent-lit dining room—beneath the rumbling 7 train—flavorful grub comes cheap (and quickly): gooey and great cheese empanadas, refreshing mango shakes and the Hummer of hot dogs: the completo, a beef frank hidden inside a thick, hero-sized roll and smothered with sauerkraut, tomatoes, mashed avocado and mayonnaise. One bite and the plastic tablecloth will make perfect sense.
