Named for Guyana’s Kaieteur Falls, the largest single-drop waterfall in the world, this restaurant serves Caribbean and Chinese fusion. The rice dishes, like shrimp fried rice and jerk lamb fried rice, are customer favorites. I tried the banga mary, a small fish found in South America. The fish is coated in seasoned flour, fried, and served with a lemon wedge– both delicate and delicious. I also ordered the lamb black pudding, a blood pudding, or blood sausage, made with lamb intestines, blood, and rice. This is a Guyanese delicacy got good reviews from my dad!
