This behemoth, two-tier K-town vet has been drawing Korean-barbecue fanatics on its Broadway corner since 1983. The duplex building features a sushi bar at street level, but head upstairs for 'cue. À la carte items like kalbi (marinated boneless short ribs), hyomit gui (thinly sliced ox tongue) and chmooluck (prime rib) are available for gas-fired tabletop grilling. The menu also has offers an extensive list of soups, stews and chowders, including kimchi boodae chogul (kimchi-and-pork chowder) and haejang gook (oxblood stew).
