The Kebab House II, open until the wee hours, offers all sorts of savory sandwiches, salads and variations on meat—staples of proprietor Ramazan Ay’s native Turkey (he also runs the original Kebab House in Little Neck, Queens). The food is tasty, the portions are huge, and the prices are college-style: $3.50 for falafel; $6 for shish kebabs.
