Kitsby Cafe

Kitsby—known for their dessert recipe kits—launched their first brick-and-mortar concept last month in Williamsburg. Open 'til 12am, the new sweet spot hopes to go after nighttime cravings with earl grey tea cakes, cream puffs (one flavor uses beet craqulin, rose cream and raspberry lychee legere), as well as a host of sampler sets, like the "Matcha Lover." In addition, there's a focus on drinks like their matcha affogato or "Gold Rush" with salted milk foam, honey and oolong tea.
