Owner Yagil Kadosh channels his Israeli-Moroccan roots at this Middle Eastern takeout shop: The menu draws on his mother's recipes, while the name is a translation of his grandmother's favorite phrase, shut up and eat. Find falafel in four flavors (classic, mushroom-spinach, spicy and Mediterranean chicken), stuffed into pockets from Brooklyn's Jeruselum Pita. There are also hummus platters, a schnitzel sandwich made with antibiotic- and hormone-free chicken, and salads, like garlicky eggplant marinated in citrus.
