This Japanese fast-food joint may become to yakitori what Teriyaki Boy is to marinated meat. A narrow midtown spot is the first of five planned branches of the skewered-eats outfit. In addition to food on a stick, expect plenty of gastro-voyeurism: The 12 stools at the bar face a glass-enclosed kitchen, where chicken, beef, fish and veggies are fired up on the grill.
