La Bottega

Whether you’re seated in the dining section at the northern end of the plaza, in the café or on the patio (where paper lanterns and a Euro crowd make it one of the city’s most vibrant outdoor spaces), La Bottega at the Maritime Hotel offers plenty of eye candy. And for a trendy scene like this one, the food is better than it needs to be. The prices, miraculously, are decent too. Choose from the classic trattoria mix—pasta, meat, fish and pizzas. But beware: Pastas, like a standard rigatoni with prosciutto, seem to be the weak link.
