Brothers Michael and Cyril Touchard (Tout Va Bien) launch a French eatery in the West Village, sharing a name with a lively Parisian bistro. In a red tufted banquette, feast on Gallic classics, including butter-sautéed frog legs, parsley-flecked escargot and steak frites with peppercorn sauce. At the eight-seat bar, bartenders pour champagne-based cocktails like the Le Tout Va Bien (bubbly with cucumber and watermelon purees), aperitifs (Muscat, Lillet Blanc) and beertails such as the Panaché, a classic French lager-and-lemonade quaff.
