Time Out says

After a night of drinking at Loosie Rouge, return to the bar’s sister cafe and kitchen in the morning to fill your hungry belly. The menu puts a decidedly Brooklyn spin on Southern classics. Just take the brunch options: There’s fried chicken on a biscuit with turmeric slaw ($13), a sausage, egg and cheese biscuit smothered in gravy ($13) and a burger with aged cheddar, bacon, pepper relish and a fried egg ($17). For lunch, you might opt for the pulled pork sandwich with white barbecue sauce ($13) or baked eggs with tomato, kale, shiitake mushrooms and butter croutons ($11). The dinner menu includes scallop crudo with chili oil ($14), mac and cheese with jalapeno breadcrumbs ($10), flatiron steak with red-eye peas, mustard greens and chimichurri ($25) and beignets with whipped Nutella ($8) for dessert.

Loosie's Kitchen & Cafe says
Loosie’s Kitchen & Cafe is an all-day refuge in South Williamsburg. Curing hangovers at the cafe from 7:00 am, and then helping make new ones at lunch and dinner– Chef Henry Lu whips-up a contemporary take on American soul food and kitchen traditions blessed with a lil’ bit of Brooklyn swagger.

Loosie's Kitchen was born out of the idea of creating a space where everyone is welcome, conversations flow freely, and the community is an extended family. You can find different live acts performing at the bar throughout the week.

Loosie's is really really cute. The look is what prompted me to make a reservation and try brunch here. But sadly, I wouldn't come back for the food. The cajun fries were the only standout. The rest of our meal - sausage egg & biscuit and the quinoa bowl - I thought were just ok and overpriced for the portion size.

This place is tucked behind the Loosie Rouge bar and you have to ask the bartender to be seated back there. Once inside the restaurant, there's two little areas, one of which is in a greenhouse type space which is gorgeous and perfect for your Instagram feed, however really freaking hot on a nice day because there was like zero airflow. The food was really good though!
