Time Out says

Maestro Pasta is where technology meets tradition. Based in the heard of NYC in Greenwich Village and originally born in the heart of Parma: one of the foodie capitals of Emilia Romagna. They pride themselves on making intricate pasta with expert machinery, that’s just as good as Nonna’s handmade pasta. From tonnarelli to linguine, fettuccine to pappardelle, they offer dishes that will never disappoint. Here, as well as your appetizer, cold cuts, sides, salads and soup options, you can also opt for their pasta bar. It’s a way to make your meal completely customizable, where you can choose which pasta and sauce you’d like. They even give you the choice between regular and whole wheat pasta. And if you’ve still got room in your belly after all that, head over to their dessert section, where you’ll have the choice between chocolate mousse, ricotta millefoglie or the God of all Italian desserts, tiramisu.

They also make special efforts to decrease the impact of their business on the planet, with the Maestro Pasta Ecological Life Cycle (MPELC). Using only the most organic flour, produced with sustainable practices, 100% compostable packaging and 100% biodegradable drink cans. Feeling hungry? Find out more about Maestro Pasta here
