Chef-owner Adem Turkmen offers his native Turkish cuisine in this 70-seat East Williamsburg eatery. The menu skews traditional, featuring plates like sigara boregi (cigar-shaped fried phyllo pastries, stuffed with feta cheese and herbs), whole sea bass and grilled lamb meatballs with bulgur-stuffed tomato.
