Take your friendly server’s advice when he pushes the margaritas and made-at-the-table guacamole. They pad the tab, but the tall tequila concoctions are refreshing and potent, and the guac is perfectly spiced. Big-portioned classics like enchiladas and fajitas score high. And, although it’s billed as a starter, you can make a fine entrée out of crisp sopes piled high with tender marinated beef, sweet red onion, shavings of cheese and shredded lettuce. Skip dessert and just soak up the fun, flirty flavor of the place.
