Manolo Tapas

A tapas restaurant and wine bar has opened in Washington Heights. While the menu includes Spanish classics like gazpacho and paella, the majority of dishes hail from Spain's northern region of Galicia, including octopus with pimenton and olive oil, and empanadas with a different filling (tuna, salt cod, cockles) each day.
