It’s New Orleans by way of Wall Street at this Cajun-flavored pizzeria. Expertly charred cornmeal-specked crusts are topped with tangy tomato sauce and Bayou standards such as andouille sausage, shrimp and crawfish (try the tongue-singeing garlic-jalapeño slice). Though the environs (a couple of Frida Kahlo knockoffs, red and yellow countertops) are hardly festive, the surging lunchtime throng is pure NOLA (without the beads and raging impropriety, that is).
