The Migliucci family has stayed in business since 1919 by pleasing the customer; if you don’t see what you want on the menu, feel free to ask for embellishments or modifications to the Neapolitan-inspired cuisine. Do as the regulars do and order the signature gnocchi, which arrive perfectly light and plump with a deliciously savory and tangy sauce. For something more hearty, try the saltimbocca alla romana (veal braised in Marsala wine and served over spinach sautéed with prosciutto), or the generous lobster-tail oreganata, accompanied by a baked clam.
